Everything about this place was genuinely exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance—cozy yet elevated, making it ideal for both a casual dinner and a special night out. The food was outstanding across the board. We ordered the lobster dumplings (5/5), tuna crispy rice (4.5/5), soft shell crab tempura (5/5), A5 wagyu (5/5), miso sea bass (5/5), grilled octopus (4/5), and Japanese uni (5/5). Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor—you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and pay attention to every detail. Service was just as impressive—attentive, friendly, and seamless. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed without ever being intrusive, which elevated the entire experience. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

My two friends told me to try this spot. I made a reservation and I had a party of 5 people. It was busy but not packed when we checked in. We waited a few minutes to be seated. We were seated in the back by the bar and kitchen. Being so close at times it made you cough from the spices. I recommend not sitting there. Our waiter Christian was very nice. Got our drink order right away. I’m not a drinker. They have 3 mocktails. I got the Fizz cuz it has ginger. Loved it. Now the food, I was told the tacos and lobster dumplings were a must. They were good. Dinner we did the Scallops, Short rib, and Hot stone Japanese Wagyu beef. Just hope our food including the appetizers all came in the sane time.

The service and the environment were both very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the food was below my expectations. It didn’t really feel like authentic Japanese cuisine, but more like a mix of Asian dishes. The tempura shrimp tasted more like regular fried shrimp rather than tempura. The grilled pork belly was overcooked and too charred, which gave it a bitter taste. The only dish that I found decent was the mushroom rice. Overall, the atmosphere and service were great, but the food quality needs improvement to match the setting.

Best fresh shrimp tempura ever, bar none, served with spicy mayo. Great selection of individual sake bottles! the upgraded atmosphere and lighter smaller dishes are growing on me, as compared to my other favorite Asian restaurant at Hard Rock, Youyo, which is 100 meters down hall. We all loved the unique, healthy mushroom rice dish, as well the light steak skewers. l dont eat sushi ( environmentalist) , but was impressed with my usual avocado roll. They could learn from Youyo about more attentive and authentic personal service. I'm a HUGE fan of raspberries ( ellagic acid), and it paired well with the chocolate cake, but I'd suggest more fresh berries to complement this rich dessert that can be shared by 2 or more.

From now on, this is my must go to in AC! I love high quality sushi and this hit the mark! The fish was tender, not a single piece of fat like you see in cheaper places, amazing presentation, delicious sauces. We loved that everything was small plates and we could try a lot of stuff. My wife doesn't eat seaweed and they were able to replace it with soy paper in rolls. Our drinks were delicious and the waitress was very lovely and helpful and made some fantastic recommendations! All around a fantastic experience!
